We have expanded our leadership team to include two very experienced large fund managers, a global technology leader, and several other experienced entrepreneurs that have started or acquired businesses, funded them and sold them.

We will make minority or control investments in companies with revenues of at least $10 million to $150 million. We like companies in the following industries:

• SaaS/Tech-enabled Services
• Healthcare Services
• Automotive
• Manufacturing

We focus on creating solutions that solve problems for expansion stage, middle market companies. First and foremost, working with the executive team of the company, we address the most common problem, we provide the capital.

In many cases, the solution may be as simple as restructuring current debt. Most situations however are more complicated than that and require organizing and leading executive team strategy focusing on Vision, Inspiration and Direction.
